So, it turns out NBC took my advice and decided to cast Stephanie Mills as Auntie Em, in the new production of The Wiz. As I mentioned in that previous post Ms. Mills played the original Dorothy in the Broadway production many moons ago.
I am excited about this! I can't wait to see who else will be cast in the production.
