Look What I Did: 2

I love avocados. My favorite ways to eat them are as guacamole or sliced up into bite size chunks and put on top of black beans and white rice.

To show my appreciation to mother nature providing us with the avocado, I decided to take the pit and nurture it into a thriving, glorious plant. Here is the result:


Good people, do something lovely for the planet. Grow a plant in your home or a tree on your property. Enjoy the process, and appreciate what it takes to sustain a life-form that sustains us. Peace.

I tried that so many times and the plants always came out terribly leggy and eventually died... As for eating them... I like them raw... with a spoon and some salt and pepper...
